Puzzle Game

Puzzles have been a great form of entertainment for many many years. I still to this day enjoy game night with my kids, as my parents did with me, and I love it. There is no thing better then sitting around the kitchen table, enjoying a puzzle game of any sort. My all time favorite has got to be jigsaw puzzles. It's even fun to add in a bit of competition with your puzzle game, and you can do this by having a puzzle for each person that wants to be in the competition and who ever finishes the puzzle game first is the winner. To make this even more fun you can make bets with one another, such as if you finish first your brother needs to do your chores for the following day, or something like that. You can make it a bit more challenging by adding on a time limited. This gets fun and hectic.

Puzzle games can be played with all different ages, but make sure that you are purchasing the age appropriate game for your child. There is nothing worse then a four year old trying to do a puzzle game designed for an eight year old. I know it too well, because my daughter is eight and my son is four. He has to do all of the puzzles that his bigger sister is doing, but he simply can not do it on his own. Even with my help he still ends up completely frustrated.

If you have been searching around for something fun to begin implementing into your household to spend much more valuable time with your children then I highly recommend having game night, and enjoying a nice puzzle game or board game. This is a great way to enjoy some time with the entire family and it's amazing how there is very limited fighting on this night. It seems to really bring everybody together in a positive way. So get some pizza on this night or your favorite take out food and spend a few hours laughing and enjoying your time with your kids before it's back to rushing around from here to their. Our lives seem to get more and more hectic as the kids get older with sports, music lessons, and the many other things. And before you know it, it seems as if you don't even know what is going on in each others lives. And I am sure that you don't want that, so begin family night and enjoy a puzzle game.
